Based on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the Kwantlen, Katzie, Semiahmoo, and Matsqui First Nations, Embolden Education offers online and in-person services across Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
My mission is to create a safe, inclusive, and affirming environment where individuals of all abilities, identities, and sexual orientations feel valued, respected and empowered.
I provide sexual health and social emotional workshops, group facilitation, consultations, and one-to-one learning experiences tailored to meet individual needs.
I believe comprehensive sexual health education is a fundamental human right. Through my work, I empower children and youth to understand their bodies, set boundaries, and recognize inappropriate behavior. By equipping individuals with the knowledge and skills to advocate for themselves, I aim to reduce vulnerability to exploitation and foster a strong sense of personal rights and self-advocacy.
I am committed to a neuroaffirming approach that promotes independence, advocacy, and healthy relationships.
Through my experience with the Surrey School District and neuroaffirming social groups, I saw a significant need for inclusive and accessible sexual health education and social-emotional learning tailored to individuals of all abilities. This realization inspired me to focus on creating supportive resources and programs to meet this need.
I am a certified early childhood educator and inclusive education support worker. In 2023, I completed the Options for Sexual Health Educator Program. A lifelong learner, I am currently working towards graduate studies in psychology and counseling.
In my personal life, I find my inspiration in the natural world and treasure the time I spend with family and friends. Meditation and yoga ground me, helping me cultivate connection, balance, and mindfulness. Creativity fuels me—whether through art, music, or movement, I feel most alive when I am moving, painting or building community with others.
